Prompt claim service is applied to following cases, provided that claims shall be filed with all required documents and with no further verification：
  1. Medical cases (exclude disability insurance).
  2. The death and dismemberment cases of ING Antai Group Term Life (GTL) for Regular Case.
  3. Death cases resulting from illness. The policy should be in force for more than two years and the amount of payment is no more than NT$ 3 millions.
